An infected intestine causes cholera, the bacterium that causes it is Vibrio cholerae. The infection can be mild or severe. It must be treated in time because if it gets severe then it could be fatal. The symptoms of this infectious disease are profuse watery diarrhea, vomiting, and leg cramps. This condition causes dehydration and shock as there is rapid loss of body fluids. If it is not treated then the person can face death within a few hours. Cholera spreads when a person consumes food and water contaminated with the cholera bacteria. Unhygienic conditions are also responsible for the spread of cholera.

Albert Einstein is a world famous scientist who was born in Germany on March 14 1879. His work in the field of relativity and the equivalence of mass and energy was revolutionary. He was the person who derived the equation E = mc2 and the physics Nobel Prize for 1921 was awarded to him. He also discovered and described the laws of photoelectric effect. According to Time magazine in 1999, he was the person of the 20th century. This genius got US citizenship in 1940. He has several scientific and non scientific works to his credit. He died on April 18, 1955.

Graduated Payment mortgage is also known as deferred interest or Negative Amortization. Also referred to as NegAm, this is an important concept in the financial markets. NegAm is known to occur when the payment for the loan for a said period is less than the interest that is levied over it. This results in an increase of the outstanding balance of the loan. As an amortization technique, the difference between the interest and repayment is added to the sum amount that is owed to the lender. Such an observance is initially agreed upon beforehand, and this any default on payment is avoided. The term is mostly used in relation to mortgage loans.
